FindMyTrainer is a platform that connects fitness enthusiasts with certified personal trainers. We facilitate bookings, payments, and communication between users and trainers. We do not employ trainers directly; they are independent service providers.

User Accounts

To use certain features of our platform, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

Trainer Responsibilities

Trainers using our platform agree to:

• Provide accurate information about their qualifications and certifications
• Maintain appropriate professional liability insurance
• Deliver services as described in their profile
• Respond to booking requests in a timely manner
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

User Responsibilities

Users booking sessions agree to:

• Provide accurate health information to trainers
• Attend booked sessions on time
• Pay for services as agreed
• Treat trainers with respect and professionalism
• Consult a physician before starting any fitness program

Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed securely through our payment partner Razorpay. Our refund policy:

• Full refund if trainer rejects the booking
• Full refund if cancelled 24 hours before the session
• No refund for cancellations within 24 hours of the session
• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days

Limitation of Liability

FindMyTrainer is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from training sessions. Users participate in fitness activities at their own risk. Trainers are independent contractors and are solely responsible for the services they provide.

Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• Use the platform for any illegal purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or trainers
• Attempt to bypass our payment system
• Post false or misleading information
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the platform

Intellectual Property

All content on FindMyTrainer, including logos, design, and text, is the property of FindMyTrainer and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written permission.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification.
